BeFox and the decriminalization

Our statement for more self-determination.
A bridge to decriminalization, a path to conscious consumption and
Self-reflection.
The team of BeFox wants to use the BeFox Detox für the decriminalization of cannabis in Germany. Because it still seems to be a bumpy road to legalization, we want to give you with the BeFox Detox the possibility to consume already now carefree and to be able to live more self-determined.
„More than four million Germans consume cannabis.
Only a small part has problems with its consumption, even fewer develop a dependence. Nevertheless, hemp is called the devil's stuff by politicians and invested for the prosecution of its consumers every year a billion amount.“

The legalization of cannabis in Germany is in our opinion already long überfällig. Beyond that, we want to advocate that the criminalization of cannabis users be stopped as soon as possible and that the focus be on awareness, sensible consumption and education. Why, we explain you on the basis of already published information in the following.
The legal situation regarding the prosecution of cannabis users (especially in traffic) no longer represents the opinion of the German population
According to a survey with 12. 000 people, collected by the Civey Institut für repräsentative opinion research at the end of 2019 and published by leafly. de in a detailed report was published "supportüt 84.1% of Germans the legalization of cannabis to some extent:
42.1% support full legalization, taxation, and regulation for recreational use,
42.0% support at least the current legalization for medical purposes
and only 9% of respondents believe cannabis should be fully illegal. " (Source: leafly.com)
"The social and political majority wants to end criminal prosecution of cannabis users. [...] 59 percent of respondents in 2018 were of the opinion, according to Infratest Dimap, that possession of small amounts of cannabis for personal use should no longer be prosecuted”.

Not only in the opinion of the Bürger in Germany, but also in parties such as the SPD there seems to be a change in the perspective on cannabis
In the position paper of the SPD, published in February 2020, it says, "especially the current criminalization of consumers makes the weakness of the previous cannabis policy. Because: Neither prohibition nor criminal prosecution led to the decline of cannabis use! On the contrary: Cannabis consumption is increasing continuously. In addition, the repressive measures currently lead to the fact that people are socially stigmatized and can not be reached by social exclusion in many cases. [...] The prohibition policy also ties up enormous financial and human resources that are lacking elsewhere in the judiciary and police."

Without the SPD, only the CDU/CSU and the AFD remain as parties in the Bundestag, which position themselves vehemently against legalization and relaxations in the jurisdiction bezüglich cannabis. A sign that the road, however bumpy it still seems to be, will not be long.
Another reason für the acute danger of the current situation in Germany was highlighted by a documentary film from the platform "Vice". The documentary, titled "Chemically Stretched Cannabis: This is How Big the Problem is in Germany," discusses the trend of stretching cannabis with the help of cheaper as well as far more dangerous psychoactive substances and underscores this with an assessment of the current situation in Germany.
"Every fünfte in Germany smoked joint" stretched with chemical cannabinoids
These chemical cannabinoids, by the government affectionately NPS baptized (new psychoactive substances), pose a high risk mainly because the effect as well as the dosage are not predictable, while the consumer has even less awareness of what he just smokes and what consequences this can have on his health. In addition, the psychoactive extender äußerlich not, or only very difficult to recognize.
The stretching with NPS has according to the toxicological expert in the documentary by Vice already led to serious health consequences among cannabis users in Germany, while a more accurate assessment as well as a possible tracking seem almost impossible. (Source: https://www.vice.com)
"Anyone caught with a CBD blüte that has NPS on it will be punished womöglich less than if the blüte contains THC. "
So there are not only socially serious consequences of the criminalization of cannabis in Germany, but also health hazards, which are strengthened by conservative jurisprudence and the lack of control of an illegal industry.
BeFox for decriminalization

Until it will come to a fair decriminalization, we try to give you more self-determination and freedom in everyday life with products like the BeFox Detox - and stand for this with our name.
