Deliveries within Germany (Germany):

Delivery costs are for deliveries to Germany a flat rate of 4.95 € (for up to 2 packages)

Deliveries abroad:

Delivery costs are for deliveries to EU countries a flat rate of 14.95 € (for up to 2 packages)

Delivery costs are for deliveries to countries outside the EU a flat rate of 19.99€ (forü r up to 2 packages)


Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 3 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that on Sundays and holidays no delivery is made.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA corporate direct debit, you enable us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged für the sufficient coverage of the account on the announced date to ensure.

In case of payment by credit card, the debit of your credit card account with the conclusion of the contract.
